About the ACE Program

ACE gives you Access to Communications (and marketing) Experts.

Have a communications or marketing need but don’t have the time, money, resources, or expertise to do it yourself? That’s where the ACE program can help!

For Rutgers units, ACE provides easy access to suppliers who have master service agreements in place with the university and have been trained on Rutgers brand standards and on the university’s communications and procurement policies.

ACE was created for Rutgers through a partnership between University Communications and Marketing (UCM) and University Procurement Services with the goal of providing support to Rutgers departments with communications initiatives on an as-needed basis. We have established master service agreements with suppliers specializing in marketing communications services to allow:

  • Rutgers communication teams to quickly engage and work with qualified firms through a streamlined process;
  • Rutgers communicators to benefit from cost transparency and efficiencies; and
  • UCM the ability to ensure that selected firms have a thorough understanding of our messaging and identity, and will continue to maintain the excellence of the Rutgers brand.
